Conservatory : Horniman Museum and Gardens
The Horniman Museum and Gardens in Forest Hill overlooks the south and The City of London, situated on stunning grounds with a historic museum collection from Frederick Horniman's personal world travels it also features an original glasshouse conservatory built in 1894, this structure was moved from the family home in Surrey to the grounds of the gardens before the museum opening in 1901...after a modern refurbishment the iron lattice, glass work and tile pattern of the Victorian period style era building now shines amongst the horticulture of the gardens for all to admire and enjoy!
